Diane Modenar Jarrett departed this world on December 3, 2024. Diane was born on February 25, 1957, in Augsburg, Germany, the beloved daughter of the late Charles Jarrett and Ola Jarrett-Reese. Diane graduated from Parkland High School and continued her education at Forsyth Technical Community College, earning an associate degree. Her career began at Dunkin' Donuts, followed by more than 20 years at Sara Lee before retirement. In her retirement years, Diane continued to work part-time at Roses. Diane is survived by her son, Cortez (Cordeshia) Jarrett; and daughter, Apryll Pittman; three cherished grandchildren; her brother, Paul Dunlap; and sister, Andrea Jarrett; her special friend, Ronnie Mouzon; and a host of extended family and dear friends.
A celebration of Diane's life will be held at 3:30 p.m., on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Clark Brown Chapel. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m.
