Charles Blizzard Obituary

Charles Thomas "Tommy" Blizzard, 53, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. He was born on June 12, 1971, in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of Rebecca and Terry Livesay of Mt. Airy. Tommy owned and operated his landscaping business and worked as a mechanic for Livesay Trucking. He attended South Carroll High School. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and crabbing. He also loved tractor pulling with his brother and family. Surviving in addition to his parents are daughters Kayla Wagman and husband Cody of Dover, PA and Hailey Blizzard of Mt. Airy; brother Rick Blizzard and wife Chanda of Mt. Airy and Evan Livesay of Mt. Airy. He was the loving grandfather of Carter and Creed Wagman. He also enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews, Brittany, Kyle and Amber, as well as his great-nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm on Monday, August 12, 2024, and from 10 to 11am on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, MD. A funeral service will be held at 11am on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the funeral home, followed by interment in Lake View Memorial Park.
