In our high school years he and I often got written up together in the Boston Globe and Herald for football players of the week. He was an incredible individual always happy and upbeat.

Dan and Pattie were a welcoming presence when we moved to Sabre Springs in 2009. I passed by their home daily taking our dog Teddy for walks. Dan loved dogs and he loved his BC Eagles made apparent by the proud flag on his front yard. Sadly I haven't seen Dan and Pattie much for the last year since losing our Teddy. I dont have a picture of Dan but I am sure he will appreciate this picture of Teddy. Dan will be greatly missed.

Dear Pattie and Family,
We are so sorry for your loss of your special husband, father, grandfather, in-law, and friend. We can't imagine your grief and the huge hole this will be in your lives. We know that nothing we can do or say will be of comfort, but we send our condolences and love.
