Heather Marie Hagle
December 12, 1972 - August 24, 2023
At only 50 years of age Heather Hagle left this world too early. She has always been the brightest star to her family and friends and leaves a huge hole in her mother's heart.

Heather Marie Hagle was born to Linda and Charles Hagle in Santa Rosa, California, and was a lifelong Santa Rosa resident. She played various sports, RV Little League, RV Softball, Basketball and Soccer(which was her favorite, both outdoor and indoor). She graduated from Santa Rosa High School, and went on to get a double major in fine art and photography from San Francisco State. She also attained a "Master in Fine Art" from Maine College of the Arts with a specialty in oil painting. She returned to Santa Rosa and earned her Art credential before she began her career in teaching Art at Ridgway High School.

Heather's classroom became a hub of creativity where students were often working on different projects. She was a flamboyant, extraordinary, and passionate artist and teacher blessed with an in-born knack of getting superior work from her students. "Hagle" as she was known, loved teaching and her students. Her own art studio has always been filled with projects in various sizes and levels of completion. Her easel and walls were always covered with finished and unfinished oil paintings.

Heather leaves behind her loving husband Scott Biswell, her dear mother Linda Hagle and her husband Paul Quistgard, her Aunt Judy and Uncle Ron Collier, brother Thomas Hagle and his children Taylor, Thomas Jr, Taryn, and Randi, cousin Robert Collier his wife Amy and daughter Chloe, and Richard Collier, plus many, many other relatives, friends and fellow teachers and students.

A Celebration Of Life event is scheduled for Saturday, October 7th, 2023, from 1 p.m. through 4 p.m. at Ridgway High School, 325 Ridgway Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Linda Hagle. For Hagle Art Scholarship.
