Mr. Lally (a.k.a. Pawpaw Lally) - my family and I will truly miss you. I thank God for allowing me to work for you at Middle South Services (now Entergy) for many years as a young woman. You became more like another Dad to me than a Boss, and I got to meet your loving family and fell in love with them also. Even after we both left Entergy, we still kept in contact. We will definitely miss those delicious smoked turkeys at Thanksgiving and the soup you would make afterwards! I appreciate how your wife and family welcomed my family and me into your home for visits. Although I couldn't visit much anymore, I thank you all for still making me feel like family when I came to the service of Mrs. Lally. My Prayers and Love will continue for your family because you all hold a special place in my heart. We will forever be connected. Garenita was saddened when I told her about Pawpaw Lally's passing, but we will never forget him or you all. As he would tell my husband when he would call me by my maiden name, "When I met her, she was Wimberly and that is who she will always be to me!" (LOL!!!) Gary would just laugh! I have Mr. Lally to thank for helping me to become a perfectionist in my writing that I can catch my own mistakes (not an easy task for writers) - LOL!
