Scott R. Achenbach, age 58, of Tink Wig, Hawley died Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale.
Mr. Achenbach was born February 21, 1966, in Allentown, PA and was the son of Richard Thomas Achenbach and Deanna Jean (Seiler) Fritz.
He graduated with an auto body technology degree. Scott loved fishing and watching NASCAR, he was always working on his house.
He is survived by his mother, Deanna Fritz of Lake Teedyuskung, Hawley, two brothers, Richard Achenbach & his wife, Kelley of Meredith, NH; Chad Achenbach & his wife, Lisa of CT; nieces and nephews, Derek, Greta, Estelle, Luciano, Camille; his father & stepmother, Richard & Rosemary Achenbach of Pen Argyl, PA; aunt & uncle, Candace & Allen Collmer of Ithaca, NY.
Calling hours will be Monday, May 20th from 10 to 11 am at Bethel Lutheran Church, Church Road, Rowland, PA, followed by the funeral service at 11 am with Rev. Neil Cadle officiating.
Cremation will be in Lake Region Crematory in Lake Ariel.

Scott was a talented friend who was always ready to help us. He was kind, friendly, ingenious and thoughtful.
