Dear Trotiner Family, You don't know me but Glen gave me my first job in the entertainment industry as a production assistant on the movie She-Devil. He changed my life forever and I will never forget him. He was a very special man. I'm so sorry for your loss. Warmest regards, Maureen Peyrot

I was a student at UAlbany in 2017 when Glen first returned to give a screening and Q&A for the students. We met afterwards and after seeing my enthusiasm for filmmaking, he gave me his email. After some correspondence, he offered me a job as a PA on a film he was about to start shooting in NYC, despite knowing I had no experience. We worked together for two weeks as I watched him run a set, and learned from him. That first opportunity led to much more work, the invaluable knowledge of how a film set is run, and eventually the confidence to produce my own films. I´m now back in the Capital Region making a Stephen King adaptation, trying to give as many opportunities as I can to local filmmakers and artists. Glen taught me the importance of doing things that cost you nothing, but could mean the world to someone else. All of my past, present, and future success is because of his generosity and kindness, and I´ll miss him dearly. My sincere condolences to his family; please know his legacy lives on in all the filmmakers he´s guided.
