Planada, California - Rachel Buendia Luna, passed away at her home on November 30, 2021, at the age of 90 in Planada, CA. She is preceded in death by her late husband, Richard Luna; parents Rodolfo and Jovita Buendia; brothers Pete, Jay, and Ed Buendia. Survived by brothers Sam, Rudy, and Phil Buendia; sisters Helen Sanchez and Juanita Escobar; six children, Danny Peters, Virgie Sandoval, Sylvia Martin, Richard Luna, Jr., Victoria Gonzalez, and Michael Luna, 14 grandchildren, and 20 Great grandchildren. Per her wishes, there will be no services.
