My condolences to the family of Dr. Thomas Magill. When I was 18 yrs old I suffered from a ruptured appendix and Dr. Magill was the surgeon who saved my life. He was a kind, caring, skilled physician. May he Rest In Peace...

Dr Magill was one of the first surgeons I worked with as a new nurse long ago. A nice man and talented surgeon. I do remember the bow ties! It sounds like he had a good retirement and full life. My deepest condolences on your loss.

In 1978 as a new nurse graduate, Dr Magill made me a better nurse with his nightly calls on my 3 to11 shift at 10pm wanting to know the details of his post op patients...not that they were just doing fine. Thank you!!! Prayers and hugs to his family.
