Tammy McCallister Obituary


TAMMY LYNN McCALLISTER, 66, of Milton, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Monday, July 28, 2025. Tammy made an impression on every life she touched and anxiously waited for the day she would arrive at her heavenly home.
Tammy was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Florence Hutchinson, sisters Betty Jo Hutchinson and Dorma Kinder, infant daughter Lisa Ann McCallister, sons Jamie and Brian McCallister and in-laws Herman and Ruth McCallister.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 50 years, James McCallister, daughter Shelley (Tim) Bowles, granddaughters Krystan (Tyler) Davis, Tara Bowles, Kaylee and Meghan McCallister, great-grandchildren Alexa, Ollie and Owen Davis, sisters Ann (Jim) Spurlock and Marion Smith and a host of nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be Friday, August 1, 2025 at 11 a.m. with the funeral to follow at 1 p.m. at Wallace Funeral Home in Milton, WV with Pastor Mark Finley officiating. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
Tammy faithfully stated "I'm A Winner Either Way" throughout her cancer journey and we can confidently say she won.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Tammy's honor to Little Victories Animal Shelter in Ona, WV.
