Barries life has touched us in more ways than he will ever know. His practical ways and deep love of the sea and all to do with the sea, BBQing, pickling, smoking meats, gardening - it was impossible not to see his passion. Having travelled with Jan and holidayed with her family she has always been confident to try these many techniques. I am sure you can say that Barrie had a big part in that. Will truly miss that huge input you have had into all our lives Barrie.
Have added a photo of the crazy Barge holiday we had in Wales in 1996 - so many laughs its impossible to repeat them all. But we loved having them visit - and they touched many they came in contact with also. Never to be forgotten. Sincere condolences to a very special man. Love Carol, Geoff, Harry and Tom
