I've been editing what to say and how to say how much we miss you Becky because I've been in denial that you're really gone. You were the shining light for so many people. I swear I still can hear your laughter and feel the warmth of your smile. Your energy never fails to inspire those around you. We will never stop missing you in our hearts. One day we will be reunited again, but until that day comes we will live in your legacy and continue to love like you, Becky. Fly high, our superstar!

Becky was the cheerleader I looked up to at Utica. She was loving and encouraging to everyone, even us underclassmen. I worked at LFT and encouraged Becky to apply. When she later met Fred, she thanked me every time I saw her for encouraging her to work at Lifetime because she met the love of her life. Even twenty years later, she would thank me. Becky loved being Fred’s wife. Becky loved fitness and instructing, but her true loves were her husband and children. They were her joy. She was an incredible fighter, loving and serving women with her story of overcoming while fighting cancer. And she did overcome this world. She died in the faith. Praying for her loves: Freddy and her children. The ache is real and my love and prayers are with you. You carry her beautiful life and legacy. Because of Jesus, we will be with her again soon.

I worked at Lifetime fitness when I was just fresh out of high school. A young kid not knowing much about anything in life or what I wanted to even do with myself. During my 7 year tenure with that corporation, I was fortunate enough to meet both Fred and Becky. Both were forces of nature and light. Extremely driven, and dedicated to whatever they did. Both incredible humans. I am deeply saddened by this news. My heart, prayers and deepest condolences to loved ones. May God hold you in his loving arms always.

Becky was the most kind-hearted soul, filled with so much love and completely devoted to being an incredible mom and wife. I remember when I first met Becky at Lifetime in Toronto — we couldn’t stop laughing. I instantly fell in love with her energy and the amazing person she was. I have so many beautiful memories with her, from traveling to Chicago to visiting her in Michigan, where she welcomed me into her home with so much warmth.
My heart breaks for her beautiful family. I know she is in heaven, surrounded by peace and love.

Brave Becky. I came into this family almost 7 years ago and I met her for the first time at her daughter's birthday. She carried this presence that instantly grabbed my attention. Warmth and comfort surrounded her. She had such a beautiful smile and laugh that surrounded your soul. She was so welcoming and made me feel accepted meeting the family for the first time and every time after. Every holiday I looked forward to seeing her and her beautiful family. Her bright spirit will be remembered forever. I feel blessed I was able to meet her and while only for a short while I promise to help keep her memories alive for years to come.

I got to know Becky as a patient through Oncology. It made me realize how unfortunate I was that I didn’t get to know her before her medical journey began. She had such a vibrant, positive and contagious personality. She was so appreciative for everything we were able to do to help fight her fight with her. It was obvious she was a good wife, mother and friend to so many. My condolences to everyone who had the honor to know Becky ❤

Barbara, Bob and all her family, so sorry for your loss. Becky was a beautiful person and it sounds like inside as well as out. I knew Barbara from work (Church’s Lumber) when Becky and her sister cheered at UHS. Barb, my heart goes out to you and your family as you go through this difficult time. May you find some comfort in knowing what a special daughter you raised. Hugs and prayers to you and your family.

From taking group fitness classes with Becky for many years to joining Fred's classes on Saturdays, your legacy will forever echo through the booming walls of Lifetime Fitness. May your love, laughter and memories fill every family and club member throughout their lifetime journey. You will be missed by all. Love and prayers to your family.

Becky was my strength when I first started at Lifetime, and I will always be grateful for her kindness and support. My prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

Our beloved Daughter Becky... words cannot express the grief and loss that Mom and I feel at this most difficult time. You have been the most loving and watchful Mother to your children Marco and Gianna. The love you shared with your husband Fred was beyond words. You loved him and he loved you so much. It was obvious to all of us. We have no doubt that you are now in heaven with the angels and saints.
When each of us pass from this life, mom and I ask that you be there on that day to greet us and show us the way to Heaven and the Lord our God. Love you forever. Mom and Dad

Your unique way of making everyone feel seen was such a gift, I will cherish forever. Sending so much love and prayers to you and your beautiful family. I had to go WAY BACK in the vault for these but it’s your beautiful smile shining so bright, I had to share. Rest easy, heaven has gained a beautiful soul ❤

Becky had the most infectious laugh that could light up the world. She was just fabulous in every way possible. Truly dedicated to her career and family. She fought so hard for so long. I absolutely loved taking Becky’s classes at Lifetime! Her smile and positive energy lit up the room and she was the reason why I continued going back. She was such an inspiration to me and so many others ❤

Oh Becky, my sweet friend. There are no words big enough to describe this type of loss. I will forever cherish our many talks, laughs and mutual infatuation with the Johnny Depp trial that we still talked about. Your strength will live on in our hearts and your two amazing kiddos and husband who you loved more than anything. You will continue to inspire me every day. Rest easy, my sweet friend.

Becky, my heart breaks...In your absence I have been praying for Fred and the kids......For everyone else my memories of Becky were her contagious smile, her love for "Freddie", and her awesome instruction, even in "step class". Becky's conversations were always face to face, and I mean so close to your face you could feel her breathe, that was Becky. I loved her, and so did everyone else. Truly Becky's legacy was the love and care that she showed to others. Let us take a lesson from the Becky Attard playbook to love and to cherish others. Rest in peace dear friend.

Oh my dear friend Fred. I am so immensely sorry for the loss of Becky. She was a beautiful soul and wonderful wife and mother to your amazing two children. I am so, so sorry for your loss. No words and heart broken . Becky you were an amazing soul inside and out! Touched so many people throughout the years. This is one of my favorite pictures of you and Brian. I will always Cherish the times spent with Becky at Life Time on our Regional trips. Her energy was contagious. That awesome laugh and those eyes so breathtaking. She loved her family so. God be with you Fred and the children as you move through these difficult times, be strong like Becky. We are all here with you.

Will be truly missed at many levels but especially our private side chats that left us cracking ourselves up! Oh, that laugh! Fred, Marco, Gianna we are here for you!! XOXO

Fred, Marco, Gianna and the entire Attard family, we are so deeply sorry for the loss of Ms. Becky. We have so many fond memories from different neighborhood gatherings. Thank you for being such a great neighbor and so sweet to our boys.

Becky was one of a kind! She used to bring her two children to the kids academy at Lifetime , Marco and Gianna were both little babies and I got to watch them grow as well as grow a bond with Becky entrusting us with her babies. You will be missed . Taylor Wade
