Peacefully passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022, at his home at Oakwoods, Richmond. Jim is dearly loved by his family; Lorna, Brent and Roseanne, Nicola and Anthony, Andrew and Tina, and loved granddad to Curtis, Donata and Ryan. The Maxwell's are having a private family cremation.
