To Jean ,Shona & Neroli & Families,
We are shocked and deeply sadden to learn of Bills passing. I personally have some fond memories of Bills wise mechanical advise something I have passed onto my boys.

You showed us kindness, love, gave us a somewhere to run too, where we found happiness, lollies an ice cream. Billy always brought laughter with him.
