William John (John):
Born May 31, 1962, Lennox Castle, Scotland, died May 7, 2016, at Nelson. Aged 53 years. Beloved husband of Jo-Ann, cherished father of Liam, Siorche and Jamie. Much loved son of Robin and the late Catherine Harris (nee Hutchison), and treasured brother to Julie.

To Jo Ann and family,
I wish to express my deepest condolences for your loss. John was an amazing person, and I am blessed to have known him. I may have not been around the racing scene much these days but John always had time for a chat.
Jo you are a strong woman. I always remember when seeing you and John together you could see how much you were Soulmates. He will be remembered with so much love, respect and friendship near and far. I will be thinking of you and the family Jo.

Dear Jo-Ann Liam Siorche & Jamie
Murray & I are currently out of the country & have just heard from our daughter of John's sudden death. We are incredibly sad for each of you. John was a wonderful family man, a man of integrity & depth of character, who loved his sporting adventures. Every time we spend time in Nelson, we are so happy we chose John to build our lovely home. Our love & thoughts are with you Jo-Ann and your children as well as extended family.
