You are a legend Trevor, always enjoyed our talks and your positive unquestionable faith. You always put others before yourself, gave to the needy and never expected anything in return. The BBQs at work you put on were always appreciated and it wasn´t for a long time that the staff worked out you were supplying all the food and not work! Enjoy your farm my friend, I´m sure you will be supplying those that have gone before us a marvellous bounty

Well I am laying in my bath in Buninyong and I am very thankful for Trevor´s input into my life in the early 1980´s. As everyone has said he was an absolute character and I wish I could spell "shundabalea " all the old Elim folk will know what I am talking about. Blessings to his friends and family. Rick Ford

Thank you Trevor for you unwavering friendship, for introducing me to the love of my life, Milton, for helping prepare my house for sale, for visiting and calling, for being with us through Milton´s passing and for the joy, laughter and encouragement you shared. I will miss you deeply. See you in heaven dear friend.

What a shock departure Trev! Shared many good times together at the Nelson Ministers association meetings, as we Pastored different Nelson Churches.
You were rough round the edges, with a heart of gold & a huge smile to boot!
Enjoy your rewards my brother!
See ya there.

I cannot yet believe what has happened. What a journey we have had all had over the years.
Your kindness to everyone , your humour ,great cookups and problem solving particularly with all your tenants. Remember we called u Mr Bean. U never wore your shoes enough. We loved cranking up the coal range in Eden St. Marcus and Kelly memories and the hundreds of birds they were breeding in your house. Omg.
I could write a book. Metallica, pat the Pom, your sleights lady in another Eden st property
Don your right hand man was amazing in your journey.
We all loved you and will never forget you. Love Di and Bri all family and everyone that knew you in Oamaru. Xxxxxxx

We were both shocked and sad to hear of Trevor's death. We've known Trevor since our time at Elim church in the 80's. He was indeed one of life's characters and we have good memories of times with him. Our prayers and sympathies go out to his family. May God's love and comfort surround you all at this time.
