Trevor MADSEN Obituary

Trevor, so saddened to hear only today of your passing. I rung to say I was coming up your way, and would like to catch up. You were one of a kind, with a heart full of love, kindness and grace. A man to be missed. My condolences to family. Bless you!

You are a legend Trevor, always enjoyed our talks and your positive unquestionable faith. You always put others before yourself, gave to the needy and never expected anything in return. The BBQs at work you put on were always appreciated and it wasn´t for a long time that the staff worked out you were supplying all the food and not work! Enjoy your farm my friend, I´m sure you will be supplying those that have gone before us a marvellous bounty

Well I am laying in my bath in Buninyong and I am very thankful for Trevor´s input into my life in the early 1980´s. As everyone has said he was an absolute character and I wish I could spell "shundabalea " all the old Elim folk will know what I am talking about. Blessings to his friends and family. Rick Ford

I cannot yet believe what has happened. What a journey we have had all had over the years.
Your kindness to everyone , your humour ,great cookups and problem solving particularly with all your tenants. Remember we called u Mr Bean. U never wore your shoes enough. We loved cranking up the coal range in Eden St. Marcus and Kelly memories and the hundreds of birds they were breeding in your house. Omg.
I could write a book. Metallica, pat the Pom, your sleights lady in another Eden st property

Trevor was a lovely man

Trevor you are much loved by all an has been a pleasure to share a friendship with you. I'll will miss your great sense of humor cooking skills an sharing your faith in God. Thinking of your four children you adored an your grandchildren. God bless your late mum an dad an extended family an many friends.

Trevor, what a difference you made in our world. You will be deeply missed dear friend. We are all saddened that your presence has left us but rejoice that you are resting in peace with God, who you loved and served so well. Well done good and faithful servant. Trevor visited our church numerous times over the years. He loved the Lord and was always an encouragement when I spoke to him. He will be rejoicing in Heaven with his Saviour now!

We were both shocked and sad to hear of Trevor's death. We've known Trevor since our time at Elim church in the 80's. He was indeed one of life's characters and we have good memories of times with him. Our prayers and sympathies go out to his family. May God's love and comfort surround you all at this time.
