Trevor BOLITHO Obituary

Dear Rob
I am back after many years in Port Hardy and was speaking to my guests of the time I heard you calling for help after Trevor had been diving.
You both were flown off in the helicopter and we (Patrick Materman and friends) got your boat to safety.
I was then absolutely shocked to then search his name and see he has passed!!
I am so sorry to hear this sad news. He was a lovely man with a great sense of humour.

Dear Rob and Family, my deepest sympathy to read Trevor has died. I moved to Gisborne coming 5 years ago. Both Andrew, Elizabeth and family live here now, I´m enjoying my new life and to have them close by. Take care I´m sure family and friends will be a great support to you all. Hi there Robyn - This is Susan and John here from 37 Moncrieff. We chatted with your grandson yesterday who was there mowing the lawn. We were so very sorry hear of your loss. We know this must be a very difficult time for you. James indicated it was quite a sudden tragedy and we know this must have been equally hard on your children and the grandchildren. We passed along to James that we are happy to do whatever we can to help you over here in Nelson. We can easily mow the lawn, water the plants or whatever needs to be done. No problem at all. Do let us know how we might be able to help you. We gave James our mobile, but here it is again: 022 364 6699. We stand at the ready to assist you however we can. Shock to hear of Trevor´s passing. We played aged grade rugby back in the late 60s & early 70s. He was a true team man and never back down from a challenge in the forwards. I have fond memories of him. My sincere condolences to Robyn and the family. Ray Swadel.
