My Condolences to the family. Knew Mark at Wakefield School

It´s a long time since the Wendelborns came into our lives here in Nelson ( Wakefield actually) but the memories of such a vibrant, highly principled and attractive bunch of young have never faded .

We remember with warm affection the rich blessing of Mark´s (and Betty´s) creative youth ministry with the Associated Churches of Christ Christian Youth Movement, and the Department of Christian Education. National Easter and Christmas Youth Camps at places like Hibburt Park, Dunedin, Wanganui, and Hunua, `The Disciple´ national Youth Magazine, leadership development programs, and so much more. We are grateful for Mark´s gifts and friendship all those decades ago.

Condolences to the wedelborn family, we were your neighbours across the road from you in Waitara. We shared evening meals together at yours or ours such fun nights. Betty you didn´t drive then and I would drive you into New Plymouth shopping and often have the kids with us, oh such wonderful memories of you all
