David Allan Brydon

July 25, 2023

To the Manu's family please accept my condolences for your loss. Manu has been a loyal friend of the Brydon family, having worked with my father (Allan Brydon) at Mobil many years ago. Before his shift to Auckland Manu was a regular visitor to the Brydon home. One of my fondest memories is playing euchre against Manu and Dad. My partner was Murray McGuire (also a member of the Nelson port community). A lot of banter, tricks, false comments and fun. Over recent years I have spoken with Manu and we have recalled common friends, my parents and times they had together and events. He was always a gentleman, a good sense of humour and a person who I and my siblings will miss. David Brydon, Lara, Australia.
