Shirley passed away peacefully on Friday, November 22, 2024, with her family by her side at the Ernest Rutherford Retirement Village, Stoke, Nelson. Aged 85 years. Dearly loved wife of Arch (deceased). Dearly loved and adored Mum, mother-in-law, Nana and great-Nana of Nigel, Rachel and Bella; Cindy, Barry, Courtney and Taylor Milne; Phil, Sue, Ryan and Kelsey; Darren, Jill, Zac and Josh. A loved great-Nana to Aurora, James, Iylah, Millah and Lenny. Dearly loved sister of Rita and the late Jack. Dearly loved by Jan Riley.

Rest in Peace Mum. We love you.

A private celebration of Shirley's life has been held. Messages to 35 Angelus Ave, Richmond, Nelson. Our family would like to extend a huge 'Thank You' to everyone at Ernest Rutherford. You have for the last 13.5 years treated Mum and our family with care, love and respect - we will be forever grateful.
