BATCHELOR, Shirley Alice Susan, of Palmerston North, on Monday, January 21, 2013 (peacefully) at Palmerston North Hospital. Aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Rex. Loved Mum and mother-in-law of Doug and Jocelyn, Ivan and Judy, Alan and Lyn, Heather and Darren Quirk, Peter and Gina (and the late Jan), and Phillipa. Treasured Grandma of Joanne and Jacob; Denise and Ernest; Rowan and Jane; Natalia and Nigel; Ilana; Bec and Matt; Jess and Matt; Phillipa and Truman; Angela; Elizabeth; Roschana; Curtis; Devon and Tyne; and Rhiannon. Proud great-Grandma of Samuel, Mokauina and Taniela; Dakota and Harper; Kate; Maia; and Elena. Special friend of Viv. "Very special to us all".
