To everyone who sent cards, flowers, gifts of food, text messages and emails since John's passing, my sincere thanks. These acknowledgments and the level of support I have received have been hugely appreciated and will remain treasured. Also thank you to the family and many friends who attended John's Memorial service. I am deeply grateful for all the kind words and thoughts. He would have been so moved, as was I.
