To the Ogden family, my sincere condolences on your loss of Robert. I was talking to him by video chat on Christmas Day so this came as a big shock. I only found out about it yesterday.
Best wishes to you all.

To Roberts family, please accept our deepest sympathy for your sad loss of Robert. He called one day not so long ago and we had a good catch-up and talked of old times.

Robert ..you were amazing dear friend of my Dads and then when he passed away you took the time to check on Mum .. thank you so much for being so thoughtful. I really enjoyed spending time with you last year when you took the time to share your talents and show me how to make metal knobs and make some wood lanterns ..I will miss our FaceTime talks and catch ups. You will be truly missed my friend. Please say hi to my Dad and tell him i miss him too.

It was an honour being of service to take you to your monthly eye clinic appointments and assist you in learning how to use your new laptop, because it gave me a good purpose in life to help someone in need and it also meant I was helping our mate Noel Robinson when he could no longer be there for you. I know you missed him a great deal but now you can hang out together like old times and he will just love that! Be sure to give him a big hug from me, his sweetheart Maria and from all their whanau.
Speaking of whanau, I know you will enjoy being reunited with your loved ones, it will be a joyful reunion for sure! I know our family relationships carry on beyond the grave, that I do not doubt. Till we meet again, rest in peace precious friend.
