ROGERS, Reece Francis:
One week short of his 106th birthday. Born in Halswell, February 15, 1916. Died in Auckland, February 6, 2022, in the loving care of Wattle Downs Care Home. Loved, admired and respected by his Rogers family and Teague family, sons Graham (Pohara, Golden Bay) and Martin (Taupo), daughters-in-law Denise and Carol, grandchildren Gail (Auckland), Bevan (Richmond), Nigel (Tasman), Nicola (Auckland), and Andrew (Kuala Lumpur). Revered by his nine great-grandchildren. Loved by Roger, Anne McCloskey and Susan Thorn and their families (all of Auckland). One-time of Waiuku, Kaikoura and Upper Moutere. Special thanks to the staff at Bupa Wattle Downs and to Gail and Isabel for their love, care and attention in his latter years. A private family service for Reece will be held.
