WILLIAMSON,
Raymond Pretoria (Ray):
On April 25, 2019, at Nelson Tasman Hospice, aged 66 years. Cherished partner of Judy. Loved son of the late Ron and Doreen Williamson, brother and brother-in-law of Vaughan and Sue, and Leigh and Michele, and uncle of Kelsey, Jenna; Jessica and Kaitlin. Loved nephew of Judi and the late Joe Brizzell, and Joyce Stewart. Messages may be addressed to The Family of Ray Williamson, c/- PO Box 7103, Nelson 7042. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nelson Tasman Hospice would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Celebration of Ray's life will be held at the Nelson Golf Club, Bolt Road, Tahunanui, Nelson, on Sunday, May 5, at 2.00pm.

Ray was my Dads friend and I knew him when I was a kid. We joked about how charming he was and always chatting up the girls. Was in fact a true gentleman and no doubt a great friend to many. He is missed.

Just found out about Ray by searching the web pending a trip this year to NZ. I was wondering about lack of contact as we always touched base every 18 months or so. Very sad. He and I were born on the same day and our lives interconnected extraordinarily. I will miss him.

Very saddened to hear of Ray's passing. He was an instant and long time very good friend. A great bloke and I will miss him always. We played a few good games of rugby together old mate
