Died peacefully at Nelson Hospital on April 17, 2016, aged 69 years. Loved sister of Mary, Joan, the late Carol, David and Evan and much loved by her many nieces and nephews. Rachel's family would like to thank the staff at Otumarama Rest Home, Stoke, for her care. A private cremation service has been held.
