I am truly saddened to hear about this, Mr Neal was my teacher at high school for a while and was so good at his job. He was very funny and great at teaching his students.

To all the family and friends of Phil Neal,
We are sorry to hear of the passing of a great friend and team captain of our basketball teams back in Nottingham during the years 1978-1981.Phil was a champion, as a player and friend. I'm sorry we didn't keep in touch but in any case we had some great times on the basketball court and valued Phil Neal's commitment and leadership.Feel free to get in touch if you want to. God Bless You and May Phil rest in peace.
