Died peacefully on May 6, 2023, aged 79. Dearly loved wife of Dennis. Much loved mother of David and Susie. Adored granny of Olivia, Ben, Bradley, Jacob, Todd, and Charleigh. Loved by her siblings, nieces, nephews and wider family and friends from through the years. At Trish's request, a private cremation has been held.

My sincerest and heartfelt sympathy to the Meade family. I have know Patricia since she worked at the Wakefield Pharmacy and she was always a positive,hard working and kind person. Often she called at my parents place at kaikoura and always had baking for them which was appreciated by dad and myself. I am so sorry you suffered but you were not one to complain and I still communicated with you through messenger Rest in peace Patricia you deserve it now.
