Patricia CURRY Obituary

Died peacefully at home in Nelson on December 9, 2025. Partner of Bob, sister to Ann, and amazing mum to Becca and Vicky. Pat was a treasured granma, daughter, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, aunty, great-aunty, niece, cousin, godmother, and friend. She will be missed so much by everyone who knew and loved her. A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at Hope Garden of Remembrance Crematorium Chapel, 95 Clover East Road, Hope, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 2.00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nelson Tasman Hospice would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much Brenda and your team for taking such good care of mum and of us. Donations can be made online or in the donation box at the chapel on Tuesday. For those unable to attend, Pat's live-stream link can be found on her tribute page at marsdenhouse.co.nz

Pat's brought her vim and vigour as CEO to Nelson Tasman Hospice during her time there. She had a strong vision for her role and always spoke warmly of the motivation held by all staff in their commitment to delivering quality palliative care within the region. Thinking of her family as they mourn her loss at this time. Go well, Pat. Your work here is complete.
