From one SQNLDR to another: I worked alongside Owen on several courses based at Burnham Camp. I will always treasure the friendship and memories we made together, making the most amazing courses for the attending students. You will never be forgotten.

Condolences to the family. Owen gave a tremendous amount of his leadership and time to New Zealand Cadet Forces which we will always remember and be grateful.

Very sad to hear this news. I have fond memories of Owen having gone through Gilberthorpes primary, Branson and Hornby High with him. Also a neighbor from Aurora Street. Wish his family all the best going through this time

I am devasted to hear of Owen's passing. He was one of my best friends through school and after. I would never of gone to our High School reunion last year if hadn't been for him. Thank you so much for sharing him with me that weekend. The support was really appreciated.
