Nora BRIGGS Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Nora. She died peacefully on Sunday, September 29, 2024, aged 93 surrounded by love and family.
Our lives are touched by many people but only a few leave that special feeling in our hearts which lasts forever.
Dearly loved wife of Ted (deceased), amazing Mother and Mother-in-law to Helen and Garry Vesper, Paul Briggs (deceased), Claire and Peter White-Parsons, Jude and Trevor Twin, Ian Briggs and Deborah van Dam. Loved Nana to Phillip, Virginia, Corey and Charlotte. Nana Nora to Sebastian, Leo, Harper, Bella, Verity, Zoe, Toby, Oscar, Archie and Harvey and great friend to many.
Thank you to the wonderful Coastal View team, who genuinely loved, cared for and ensured that Mum felt special and cherished.
In accordance with Nora's wishes a family cremation has been held. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Salvation Army. They aligned with all that was important to Nora. Dear Auntie Nora,
I remember you had a wicked sense of humour.
Your sisters Ena & Ruth, who sadly passed just 7 weeks apart in 2014, spoke about you often. Telling stories of childhood memories. They both said I reminded them of you.

I remember Nora well,we were in the Christian Outreach centre.Nora was always welcoming,friendly and kind to everyone,a special lady.
