Miriam SPIERS JP Retired Obituary

Left us peacefully at Nelson Hospital on Friday, August 18, 2023, aged 86 years. Much loved wife of the late Brian, treasured mother of the late Michael, Jill and Jeff Julian, Pip and Ross Harvey. Nana Miri of Liam and Anna; Nathan and Scott. Loved sister of the late Shirley and Ted Smyth. Special auntie Miri to her nieces and nephews. Loved and respected friend to her extended family and nursing colleagues. A gentle and loving lady now at rest. A service to celebrate the life of Miriam will be held at the Shone and Shirley Funeral Home, 164 Tahunanui Drive, at 10.00am on Tuesday, August 22, followed by a private cremation.
