On November 5, 2021 in Basel, Switzerland, aged 62 years. Much loved youngest son of the late Judge Paul Loxton Molineaux and Barbara Elizabeth Molineaux. Much loved partner of Yvonne. Loved younger brother of Christopher, and Janet and brother-in-law to Gay. Adored Uncle Marty to Nick, Kate, Anna, Sarah, Rachel and Anna. The Funeral Service for Michael will be held in St Barnabas Anglican Church, 8 Tui Street, Fendalton, Christchurch, on Friday, December 10, at 11.00am. Private interment thereafter. At the family's request, Vaccine Passes will be required.

I have only just now learned of Mike's passing late in 2021 and am am deeply sorry of this. To his family and friends, please accept my deepest condolences. I knew Mike for only a short time while we were studying engineering together at Imperial College in 1985/1986 but we became good friends in the process and spent a lot of time together. Unfortunately, we slowly drifted apart in the years after as we lived on opposite side of the globe. I have often wondered what Mike got up to over those years and have now learned from reading his obituary. He clearly accomplished much and touched many, which is no surprise. I only wish I was able to learn the story from him. While we haven't spoken in years Mike, I will still miss you. RIP my friend.

I have just heard now about the death of Michael. I met him when the European Space Agency was looking for an expert in intellectual property rights in order to support a basic revision of its IP policy. He was very useful, did a very good writing of the new contract clauses, and became a real friend for me and my colleague Karl Eisermann. Please accept all my deep sympathy.

Nox was my best mate. I shall miss the great times and conversations we have had over the past 35 years. He was a terrific friend to me. I offer my sincere condolences to all his family and especially to Yvonne whom I know he loved with all his heart. Clive
