Michael CURRIE Obituary

Sadly passed away on July 18, 2023. Loved and cherished husband of Francine Currie. Loved father and father-in-law of Tarsh and Daniel Newport. Loved father to Anita and Luke. Cherished grandfather to Caitlin and Hannah. Much loved son, brother, and uncle. Special thanks to Kate Gregory, Jan Boyd and the Nelson Tasman Hospice staff, you are all amazing. A private family cremation service has been held and a memorial service is to be held on Wednesday 2nd August 2023 at Shedwood (Druids) Hall, Tapawera at 1.30pm.

We are thinking of you all so much as you say your final goodbyes to this lovely man today.
Michael showed his creative side to us twice by surprising us with his handiwork. It meant so much to us.
It was lovely to have lunch with you both Francine when we were in Tapawera a few weeks ago.
