Melva HEWETSON Obituary

Passed away peacefully on December 31, 2025. Much loved Mum of Lois, Snow, Roger and Karen, and mother-in-law of Annette, Vicki and Steve. A farewell to celebrate Melva's life will be held at Marsden House Funeral Home, 41 Nile St, Nelson, on Tuesday, January 6, at 11.00am and all welcome.

Although we didn't see as much of each other when you shifted from Motueka, when we did catch up, it was great. You were an inspirational gardener, wonderful cook but most of all, I loved your sense of humour. I am sorry that I am not able to be with you on Tuesday but I am looking after grandchildren. My sincere sympathy to your family in losing such a wonderful Mum.
