(nee Butland):
24.12.1924 - 9.12.2022
Passed away peacefully at Oakwoods. Beloved wife of the late Percy Evers. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Julie and Ben Banks (Nelson), Alison and Allan Shearer (Carterton), and Errol and Anne Evers (Upper Moutere). A loving grandmother and great-grandmother to her 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral to be held at 11.30am, Thursday, December 15 at Whakatu Presbyterian Church, 271 Songer Street, Stoke, Nelson. May you rest in peace, Such fond memories from our Sunday School days, Mrs Evers was our teacher. I remember learning bible verses each week, that set me up in good steed to learn mathematical equations and formulas for school xams. Mrs Evers had a big part in shaping who I am today, taught me about the bible and the values in life so important. I am so indebted for that

I used to do jobs for her and she never made me feel like I was a nuisance memories of her making me fairy foam lovely memories from my childhood
