Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Parklands Hospital, on Monday, August 8, 2016, in her 92nd year. Dearly loved wife of the late Frederick Lewis, QSM. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Stewart and Gwen, Barbara and Terry Kreft, Pam, and Chris and Tom Coughlan. Much loved grandma of Brad and Sarah, Rosalind and Jonny, Ash and Suzy; Richard and Kelly, Brendan; Fred, Olivia, Anna, and William, and much loved great-grandma of Louis, Frankie, Cressida, and Ella. Special thanks to all the staff of Kauri Ward at Parklands Hospital for their outstanding care. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Friends of the Nurses Memorial Chapel and may be made at the service.
