Thank you everyone for your gestures of sympathy since Maarten passed away in October. Thank you for your visits, your cards, your messages, your flowers, your baking, your help and offers of help. It was lovely to see so many of you at his memorial service, and to receive apologies from so many others unable to join us. We all know he was great; it is wonderful hearing you all thought so too.
