Lynette Beverly
(nee Cameron-Smith):
On January 5, 2023, at Nelson Hospice, peacefully with her family by her side, aged 67. Dearly loved husband of Graeme. Beloved and devoted mum to Kylie and Marc, Carl and Clere. Grandmother to Kaitlyn, Chantelle, Jack, Lucas, and Riva. Sister to Maureen
and Bernard; aunty to Anna and Will, Peter and Cheyne. Stepmother to Aaron and Danni, Tracy and Gavin. Stepgrandmother to Jordy, Kynan, Lacey, Nataliah, Savannah, Emily, Zoe, and Bailey. Family would like to thank all the nurses and doctors at Nelson Hospital that cared for Lyn, and the wonderful staff at Nelson Hospice for all their support. Also thanks to everyone for their kind messages, flowers and baking. A private funeral has been held.

Graeme, I am so sorry for your loss of Lyn. She was such a vibrant, gorgeous lady. My first association with Lyn was through West Meats / Pet shop connection. Always so friendly. You may remember me when Lyn was in hospital (on one of her many visits) about July 2021. I was hooked up to tubes etc, but Lyn was extremely positive on her situation. Always so brave. She was such a hard worker & took a great interest in everyone & their families. She will be missed dearly. Take care, Judith Savage.
