Lilian Grace (Grace):
Passed away peacefully at home, after a short illness, on September 9, 2016. Loved mother to Helen, and Peter, mother-in-law to Bert, and Anna. Granny Grace and Grandmama to Mila and Charlie, and Cody and Cassidy. Loved sister of Anna Hornal. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated and can be sent to either Nelson Red Cross, 59 Parkers Road, Tahunanui 7011, or Nelson Region Hospice, PO Box 283, Nelson. In keeping with Grace's wishes, a private family farewell has been held and a memorial to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
