Lexton BIRKETT Obituary

Passed away peacefully on Monday, January 5, 2026 at home with family, Aged 91. Much loved husband of the late Kathleen. Loved father and father-in-law of Gary and Lois, Neil and Raewyn, Robyn and Rob, and a much loved Grandad and Great-Grandad. In accordance with Lex's wishes, a private cremation will be held. The family extend an invitation for those who wish to join them for light refreshments at the family home, 292 Atawhai Drive, from 1.00pm on Friday, January 9.

Really loved Kath and Lex´s company when we went on bowling trips with them. Lex was such a gentleman and a big influence on Lens early bowling days. Great memories.

I have many memories of Kath and Lex sharing good times with my late inlaws Keith and Elizabeth Parfitt. Lots of yarns and laughter had. Lives well lived.
