Lewis (Lew):
Peacefully at Nelson Hospital, on August 19, 2016, aged 87. Much loved husband of the late Patricia. Loved Dad of Suzanne and Murray Everett, and Barry and the late Shirley. Loved Grandad of Shane and Janette, Kimberlee and Ricky; Cindy and Greg, Rachel and Simon, and loved great-Grandad of Angus and Hayden.
