Letty THAWLEY Obituary

Passed away peacefully on September 21, 2023, aged 87 years. Dearly loved wife and best friend of the late Norman. Loved mother of Jim and Camel, Keith and Helen, Ross and Carlene, Peter and Joanne, Joanne and Will McIvor. Much loved Nana of her 13 grandchildren and their partners and great-Nana to 17 beautiful great-grandchildren. Much loved sister of Val Andrews, sister-in-law of Anne Westley (Australia), Bruce Jary, Graeme and Eileen Thawley. At Letty's request a private family service has been held. Messages to the Thawley family c/- 41 Nile Street, Nelson 7010.

My most sincere condolences to you all, I m saddened to hear of Letty passing away, a nicer, more caring, hardworking lady I have yet to meet, having worked for Norm & Letty, then Jim for years, I considered Letty the matriarch of the family, she was so hard working alongside Norm, an had a gorgeous sense of humor.
