Great memories of working with Les at the kilns at Eves Valley.
He was a great kiln operator and tinkering on projects. The home brew was a bit hit and miss although we never had any at work.

Les was a very loyal and hard working man who always gave his best trying to produce a top quality product while running the High Temperature timber drying kilns at Eves Valley during the 1980 and 1990s. He was a pleasure to work with.

Les (& Nancy) were the best neighbours. Les loved mowing his lawns, splitting firewood & being up a ladder pruning his trees. His home brew was legendary. Loved his clarinet, his plane, bowls & fixing things in his workshop. He was Loved by the residents of Broadsea Ave past & present. Condolences to all the family. RIP Les
