Kelvin CHAPMAN Obituary

Peacefully at Hospice Marlborough on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, with family at his side, aged 86 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Judy. A loved father, step-father and Poppa. Loved brother of the late Denzel and Len. In lieu of flowers donations to the Marlborough Hospice Trust or the Cancer Society via their websites would be appreciated or may be made at the service. A Memorial Service for Kelvin will be held at the Springlands Chapel, Cloudy Bay Funeral Services, 15 Boyce Street, on Monday, September 29 at 2.00pm. This service will be livestreamed and can be viewed on the Cloudy Bay Funeral Services website.

Earlier today

Thinking of all the Chapman family, Kelvin was the same age as his cousin Bryan.They spent a lot of time together on there family farm north of Nelson. Bryan would ride his horse from Elliott St spend the day with Len and Kelvin and ride home again. They got up to a bit of mischief on farm I believe. Kelvin being the ring leader. Bryan shot a great looking deer at back of the farm. I still have that deer it's magnificent. R I P Kelvin Pamela Chapman
