Passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at Nelson Hospital, surrounded by her family, on Saturday, March 7, 2026, aged 79 years.
Loved wife of Tony. Cherished mum of Christine and Aaron, Nicki and Manoli, Michael and Megan. Best Nana ever to Bailey and Becky, Cody, George, Costa, Ollie, Ruby, and Hope. The most wonderful midwife, who made bringing life into this world her passion, is now at rest. A memorial service to celebrate Kathy's life will be held at Shone and Shirley Funeral Home, on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 2.00pm. For those unable to attend, her service will be livestreamed via www.shoneandshirley.co.nz
