Died peacefully at home on Saturday, August 19, 2017, with her daughters at her side, aged 84. Widow of James (Jim) Borthwick Arker (deceased) and Johannes Hekkenberg (deceased). Loved mother of Christine Johnston (Nelson), Cath and Gary Marshall (Richmond), Bernard, Willem, Ted, Richard and Paula Hekkenberg (Australia), and Carol Biggs (Richmond). Loved grandma and nana of Justine Smith (Richmond), Megan Smith (Christchurch) and the late Jason Smith. Kerri Davis, Lee Nicholson, Julie Hekkenberg and Jess Breeze (Richmond). Raylene (Nelson), Joseph, Michael, Eddie, Kelly and Ariana (Australia). Adrian, Alex, Andrew and PJ (Australia). Jordan and Lisa Marshall (Richmond). Loved great-grandma of 20 and great-great-grandma of one. Daughter of the late Edwin Henry and Georgina Isabel Hughan (nee Tolme).
