Judy passed away peacefully at the Wairarapa Village Care Centre on February 26, 2024, aged 84, in the presence of her family. Beloved mother of Alistair (and Cathy), Sally (and Dave); adored sister to Peter (and Barbara), Ian (and Beth), Jayne (and Bill) and the late Jill. Treasured aunt and friend to many. A private service has been held in accordance with Judy's wishes. An informal service to celebrate Judy's life will be held 2.00pm, Thursday, March 21 at the Wairarapa Village Community Hall, 140 Chapel St, Masterton (limited on-site parking). Please bring memories and stories to share. Thanks to all the staff and friends at Wairarapa Village for your care and support. In lieu of flowers, kindly donate to the Wellington Free Ambulance service, Masterton build project. All communications to the Betts family C/- PO Box 2035 Kuripuni, Masterton 5842.

Peter Judys brother rang and told me of the passing of Judy. My thoughts are with Alister & Sally. I will always remember our times together when newly married and the wonderful sewing she did for me.
