Joe was my first Inspector in the Police as after graduating to Wellington in 1973. He was a man who I admired immensely and I am saddened to learn of his passing

Very sorry to read of Joe's passing. He certainly was a great gentleman. We have so many little knick-knacks he made for us but this one is special as he'd autographed it as well!!
