TRACTOR
Jonathan (Joe) Ord
10/11/55-29/7/2013
Passed away Monday morning at our lovely home (Lower Moutere)
looking over the valley, mountains, vineyards, orchards and the
garden he put so much work into. We sure didn't see this coming.
I would like to thank all our friends & families for the support, calls,
emails, phone texts, flowers etc at this very sad time. Those that
were with us when he passed, thanks for your help. Also the doctors
& nurses at Nelson Hospital & the district nurse that helped us at
home. As per Joe's wishes he wanted to be put into a cardboard
box (didn't quite get that wish), a quick burn, chucked on the
mantelpiece & when I'm ready take him home to Auckland for a
farewell party. Will let everyone know about a month out when it will
be so anyone flying in from other NZ centres & overseas have time
to book airfares. ETA about end of Sept. He was the love of my life &
Swamp (died 9/7/80 whom we both loved – Joe saw him on Saturday
morning so he knew his time was up even before we were told by
the doctors) came to take him away to join the rest of their friends.
We've had a fabulous life together, but it has ended all too soon.
Ride on Tractor, Go Part y with all that have
gone before us, and be there to gr eet us when
we all meet and part y together again.
Love You for Eternity Your Wife & Soul Mate . . . Janis
